This three year old property is 1/2 mile from the main beach intersection, in walking distance to shops and numerous restaurants. A favorite for fresh seafood - the Sea-n-Suds - is next door. 
 
"SonKissed" is named so because it provides a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico, a marvelous Divine creation. The unit's balcony is approx 350 sq ft, fronting 2 bedrooms as well as the living room - a good place for reading and contemplating... or just doing nothing. Walls of windows provide expansive views of the gulf and the parasailing/jet ski base is directly in front of the condo - what fun!! 
 
The indoor/outdoor pool means swimming is good year 'round. Free WI-FI is available in unit!! Bedding is plush and furnishings are upscale. TVs in living room and two bedrooms. The laundry room is spacious and has full-sized appliances. The complex has an interactive kiddie pool, hot tub, a state of the art fitness center, sauna, beach lounge & umbrella rentals.

While here be sure to plan a trip to the National Aviation Museum at the airbase only 30 minutes away. Another great daytrip is to World-famed Bellingrath Gardens, via the Mobile Bay Ferry... fun for young or otherwise. There are many golf courses, deep sea fishing and Tanger Outlet Mall. Check out The Wharf for their shopping, Ferris wheel and concerts in the amphitheater. So many opportunities and excursions!!

One half payment, by money order or cashier's check, is due at time of reservation. This is sent by US mail or FedEx/UPS. The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations are charged 10% prior to two weeks from arrival date and 50% within two weeks of arrival. There is a one-time housekeeping charge of $95 and 12% tax. No parking fees are charged.
