Approximately 1300 sq. ft. of living space. There is a one time charge of $34.00 for parking. Free Internet access is available. Guest must bring an Ethernet cable. Free wireless is available at the pool area and lobby. Pictures are used for examples. They may not be the unit booked.

    A security deposit is required on all rental units equaling 30% of the rent total and a non-refundable reservation processing fee is added to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Cancellations and date changes must be received 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations will result in a $30 cancellation fee being deducted from your first night's rent. If less than 30 days notice is given, the deposit will be held for lost rent unless the unit is rebooked for the same time period. Monthly rates require a 90 day notice of cancellation.
