Children: Children are welcome at this Unit. Kids absolutely have a blast at Sailboat Bay. There are pools, kiddie pool, a gated community, a small beach. Kids can ride their bikes without mom and dad having to watch so closely. There are two bikes at the unit for ourselves and our guest. Fish from the docks or anywhere on the grounds. Many of the residents catch flounder, redfish and speckled trout from the shore lines. The kids enjoy catching fish right from the docs and piers directly behind the unit.
