The property is situated in a quiet area on Little Lagoon, in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The condo has 7 floors, 2 elevators, and 70 units. Parking is available on site. The views from the property and the unit are beautiful, some of the best in the area. The public beach is a 5 minute walk from the condo.

Two pools are available for your enjoyment. One nice-sized outdoor pool, and one large indoor pool. Along with the beautiful views, the indoor pool is one of the nicest attractions. A small sandy 'beach' area is also available on site, perfectly suited for children. The unit balcony is very large, with beautiful views, overlooking the lagoon.

The condo is on the 2nd floor, the 1st living floor, one flight of stairs up. Two elevators are also available. Free wireless high speed internet is available in the unit. Hard-wired telephone service is also provided, with two telephones.

Two cable televisions are in the unit, with a VCR/DVD player.

The condo is fully furnished, with a full-size fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, eating and cooking utensils, microwave, stove, blender, can opener, coffee-maker, and a toaster.

All linens come with the unit.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a set of twin beds. A sofa/sleeper in the den folds out into a queen size bed. The unit is about 900 square feet in size. The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. This is a non-smoking unit.

There are two pools; one indoor and one outdoor. The complex boasts two elevators. Free wireless high speed internet is available in the condo. This unit is on the 1st living floor. Other outdoor amenities include picnic tables, outdoor grills,a fish cleaning station, boardwalk around the property, pier, boat launch access, outdoor water hose, onsite parking, quiet location, public beach within walking distance. The unit itself is fully furnished with a full size kitchen, two cable televisions, a VCR/DVD player, a CD player, and a hard wired telephone. Great golfing is available in the area - in Gulf Shores, Foley and Orange Beach. A nice new cinema is 15 minutes away. Loads of great shopping, fishing excursions, dolphin cruises, parasailing, a world renowned zoo are all a short drive away. A fabulous water park is a 10 minute drive. 'The Track', a large amusement park, has race tracks for kids and adults, miniature golf, etc.

Waterville, a 10 minute drive, is a fabulous water theme park. Another theme park, The Track, is about a 15 minute drive away, and has various race tracks for children, teenagers, and adults of all ages. The Track also has a very large video arcade, kiddie rides, and water boating fun. Several miniature golf courses exist in the area.

The area is well known for its great golf courses.

2008 rental rates: May 23 to June 28: $900/week or $150/day (4 night minimum) June 29 to Aug 16: $1000/week or $165/day (4 night minimum) Aug 17 to Sept 2: $725/week or $120/day Sept, Oct, Nov 2008: $600/week or $105/day Winter 2008/2009: $1200/month For daily and weekly rentals, a $200 security/damage deposit is required for a reservation. Once a reservation is made, and the deposit paid, the deposit is not refundable. 3 night minimum (except summer). There are no cancellation policies. The rent includes taxes and is due one month before arrival date. Payment in the form of a personal check is acceptable. To make a reservation, call or email. At that time, I will provide you the regular mailing address to mail your deposit and rent. Once your check clears the bank, the keys, parking permits, directions, and other info will be mailed to you. Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.
