Sandhaven is located at 2320 Ponce DeLeon Ct. Phone 251-540-7245. As you come into Gulf Shores on highway 59,turn right(west) on hwy 180(Fort Morgan road)and go about 18 miles to the 3 mile marker. Turn left the second street past the 3 mile marker which is Beacon Lane. Turn left at the next street which is Ponce DeLeon Ct. and Sandhaven is first house on the right. We are the west unit. (B)
We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and one full bath. They are 2 full beds and one queen. There is a futon in one bedroom that can be used for sleeping if needed. We have a washer and dryer upstairs also. Downstairs is one bedroom with a queen bed, one full bath, kitchen with dishwasher, living room ,dining room and den. There are 2 queen sofa beds if needed. There is a porch on the beach side with a boardwalk to the beach.
We furnish linens and towels . The cleaning service will wash bed linens and towels. The kitchen should be clean, refrigerator clean and dishes washed. All garbage should be carried to the garbage cans by the street. You need to bring food and condiments, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bar soap, suntan lotion, umbrellas or cover for beach, charcoal for grill, meat tenderizer for jelly fish stings, paper towels,napkins,sponge or dish cloth, coffee filters,hangers,beach chairs. Please no smoking and no pets are allowed, No fireworks are allowed. If more people are discover in house than it accommodates you will be asked to leave and your rent forfeited.
There is a marina that has a restaurant and it is best to stop in Gulf Shores to buy your groceries. There is a restaurant at the Beach Club also. There are 2 golf courses on Ft. Morgan Road-one at the Peninsula Golf and the other at Kiva Dunes. You can charter a deep sea fishing trip at the marina. Ft.Morgan State park is at the end of the road(about 3 miles).
We require a $300 refundable deposit to hold a date. The full amount is due 2 weeks before the rental date. When I receive the full amount, I will send lockbox combination.. We will return your $300 deposit if there is no damage.Check-in is 2 P.M.and check-out is 10A.M.
We have Dish TV with local channels, just tune TV to ch. 4 and change stations on sat. receiver. We do not have long distance service on the phone. If you need to make long distance calls you must use a calling card or call collect. We ask that you report breakage, damage or anything not working when you arrive for you are responsible for damage that occurs during your stay. Please do not raise the windows-we have storm windows and they are hard to raise and lower .
