Convenient location at a budget price. For much less than the price of a hotel room you can spend your vacation in a 1 bedroom 12th floor apartment with a beautiful ocean view. There is a secure parking area but you really don't need a vehicle. This vacation rental apartment is conveniently located so you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and downtown Porlamar. There are buses and taxis passing all day long right in front of the building. Directly across the road is a bakery for fresh bread and sweet rolls. There is a mini-supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment building, street vendors sell fresh fruit and there is a laundry nearby. There is also a pair of wild macaws that fly past your window nearly every day. Sleeps 4 people; one double bed and a sofa that converts to a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, linens and towels, air conditioned, pool, secure parking area, high-speed Internet, full satellite DirectTV connection, water tank in the apartment to ensure a continuous supply. The apartment is clean and comfortable but very basic. The price is low because it has older cabinets and fixtures.

This is the place for you if you are looking for a fantastic ocean view in a convenient location at a cheap price.
