Build in the year 2010, combining the Tuscan style with native materials from Uruguay, BIEN DE BIEN was conceived for you to spend your vacation in one the most beautiful houses of Pinares de Punta del Este. This luxury residence was design and decorated with exquisite taste, guarding the minimal esthetic and arquitectural details.
Located at the corner of Camino de la Laguna and called Espiga, at Stop 36 of the Mansa Beach with an area of 600m2 covered and distribute in two floors, separating the spaces of common use from the private ones, the house could be rented for a numerous family or two couples with children.
In addition of the magnificent pool and the 1800 meters of Green area which is fully enjoyable in the summer months, the House has a great Wood burning fire place plus a central heating system of refract able floor tile for pleasure and comfort in the winter months.

In Bien de Bien, you will find all the comforts and necessities that you may need. Either the laundry room and the kitchen are equipped with firs class appliances. In two of the bedrooms and the living room, you will find LED flat
screen TV with more than 60 channels available and a DVD to play the movies of your choice.
The house also has an alarm system with immediate response for your peace of mind and tranquility. So you can really relax and enjoy your visit, we have a maintenance service of the pool and entire park. If you would request we can also provide with maid service at your own expense. The house also has linens for your convenience.
You only have to came and enjoy the beach as close as three walking blocks, you can have a stroll down the sandy beautiful beaches of the area and the Mansa beach or a night at the city town of Punta del Este, the Conrad Casino and the well-known restaurants with exquisite cuisine al around the peninsula.
Activities
Avenida Gorlero: It is the main avenue of the town. The focal point of the avenue is the Plaza Artigas where you will find the Artisan Market. You will also find different shopping destinations such as designer label stores, restaurants, movies, nightclubs & casinos.
The Lighthouse: It is 40 meters high & completely constructed out of materials imported from Europe, this lighthouse has oriented mariners for almost 150 years.
Lapataia Dairy Farm: Lapataia was founded November 14, 1986 & is located fifteen minutes from Punta del Este. The valley of Lapataia is 45 hectares big & has a strong Alsatian air to it. The Lapataia Dairy Farm operates as an absolutely all-natural agricultural system & holds a strong artisanal tradition.
Artisanal Fair: Located on the Plaza Artigas and in the center of the peninsula, this fair has about 200 stands where you can buy simple souvenirs, wool clothing, leather craft-work; & you can even find gold, silver, and semi precious stone jewelry.
