I've stayed at the apartment in Avenida Larco. I would say that I enjoyed a lot the perfect service of Cristina and her desire to serve the best.

I have been going back to Lima in recent months due to various reasons. My experiences with short term rentals has been mixed. However, with this one I can say it has been the best!
Not only because the apartment is safe, centrally located and it has all of the modern amenities listed in the website, but because both Christinas' were fantastic. They were prompt in returning emails, and phone calls. They made the check in/out processes smooth. Because of that, my family will be returning in December. My son misses spending time at the balcony; and yes, so do I! Highly recommended!

Great Stay
I rented this apartment for one week. Sending the deposit was straightforward and Cristina promptly answered all my questions. I opted for a car service from the airport which went smoothly as well. The owners checked me in late at night and were very courteous. Checkout was just as easy. The apartment was new, very clean, and pretty much looked like the pictures.
It is in a good neighborhood convenient to grocery store and easy walking distance to Larco Mar and not too far from the commercial area of Miraflores. The street is fairly busy during the day, but quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again. It is cheaper and far nicer than almost any hotel.

Muchas gracias por su excelente servicio, amabilidad y preocupación.
Nos pasamos excelentísimas tres semanas en el departamento y estuvimos muy a gusto.
El departamento está nuevo y perfectamente equipado con todo lo que se necesita. La ubicación es genial, a pocos pasos del centro de Miraflores, las playas y Larcomar. Todo está muy limpio y cuidado y el personal de la recepción es siempre servicial.
