This apartment, located on the 7th floor of a brand new building which has just been built in 2008 in the beautiful district of Miraflores at the border to Barranco is not like any other. It features a large two story high entrance hall, 24 hour security with reception desk, personal secured underground parking space inside the building, multiple elevators and a great location with stunning views. Also, pretty much all amenities you could think of are nearby and within walking distance, i.e. public parks, restaurants, clubs, casinos, the Pacific Ocean, shopping malls etc. This condo offers the comfort of a 4 to 5 star Hotel while offering much more space and freedom than a small hotel room and being priced much more competitively. The weekly rates for this condo start at $525.00 + $20 (final cleaning) for up to 2 guests (max capacity 4 guests + $5/night for each extra guest from the 3rd), including fresh linens/towels, digital cable TV with many english channels, radio, TV-Guide, unlimited high speed WiFi and wired Internet access, 24 hour building security with reception desk, secure covered parking (best spot in the whole garage!), all utilities and taxes. Discounts are available for stays with a duration of more than 3 weeks. Minimum stay is 1 week. There are several activities nearby and within walking distance such as numerous restaurants, shopping (i.e. Larcomar mall at 10 minutes walking distance), casinos, cafés, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, the public parks along the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean etc.
Miraflores and especially the area where this unit is located is one of the most desirable zones in all of Lima. It is very secure and touristic, so there is plenty to do and see.
Also, the building is located at the border to Barranco which is the bohemian district of Lima and offers many art galleries and some more of the most beautiful parks to take a walk.

In order to reserve this apartment we require a 50% downpayment of the rent in advance. After booking we do not allow for cancelation and/or change of dates. The remaining 50% have to be paid upon arrival in cash and USD. We also require a $250 damage deposit which is fully refundable on the day of departure after a short inspection of the rental.
