In order to reserve this apartment we require a 50% downpayment of the rent in advance. After booking we do not allow for cancelation and/or change of dates. The remaining 50% have to be paid upon arrival in cash and USD. We also require a $250 damage deposit which is fully refundable on the day of departure after a short inspection of the rental.

The apartment was in a great location in Miraflores and included everything we needed. It was a much more affordable and accomodating for a family with a young child than a hotel would have been. If I end up in Lima again I will definately look to stay here.

Es la segunda vez que tenemos la oportunidad de pasar unos días en Lima y desde que me puse en manos de Cristina todo ha sido facil y perfecto.
El departamento donde nos alojamos tiene unas vistas preciosas y está situado en una zona perfecta muy cerca de Barranco por un lado y de Larcomar por otro, a unos pocos minutos caminando.
Muchas gracias a Cristina y Guillermo por su siempre excepcional amabilidad y profesionalidad. Da gusto su trato en todos los aspectos. Volveremos pronto.

The apartment is in a great location. Easy access to Larcomar and other Miraflores venues,as well as Barranco. The apartment is nicely furnished and clean. There were beautiful views of the ocean and mountains from the bedrooms. Cristina is readily available to assist and fix problems or issues. Wonderful stay.

Ante todo quiero agradecerles por tan amable bienvenida y hacernos sentir a mis hijas y a mí seguras y a gusto.El apartamento ofrece todo el comfort que se necesita cuando uno esta de vacaciones.Las personas de la recepción, siempre muy amables y listos para darnos una mano cuando la necesitabamos. Hola a todos,
Quiero comentar que yo estuve del 20 de julio al 6 de agosto de este año 2008 en el apartamento y la verdad que quede sorprendido de lo bonito que era, de lo bien que estaba y sobretodo que estaba equipado con todo tipo de utensilios y mobiliario para que no te faltara de nada. Me sorprendio muchisimo y eso es de agradecer, por que si vuelvo a Lima quiero repetir en el mismo apartamento.
Tambien cabe decir que los propietarios siempre estuvieron al tanto por si necesitaba alguna cosa y si todo estaba bien, se portaron geniales y eso tambien lo agradeces.
La verdad es que fue una magnifica estancia y mas si puedes estar en un buen alojamiento como este.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, schön und großzügig. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Security-Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut haben uns die Matratze gefallen, auf denen wir wunderbar geschlafen haben.
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort gebracht.

We had a very comfortable stay in your well located and modern apartment. The 24hrs security is a plus and the persons in charge were the most helpful.
