The Torre Centinela condo is located in the beautiful beaches of Ecuador's South Pacific coast and is located 20 minutes from Salinas.
Ocean view from the living area and master bedroom. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeps up to 6 people. Access to the Punta Centinela beach resort is included as well as access to the private beach.
The Condominium has it's own swimming pool but it also includes access to 3 additional pools in Punta Centinela Yacht Club, as well as access to the private beach. The Punta Centinela resort also offers restaurants, bar, sauna, playground.
Torre Centinela is a new builing, as it was completed in October 2008. It has two lobbies, one leading to the parking area, and the other leading to the swimming pool. provides security 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Private parking for one car is also provided.
The condo is located in beautiful Ruta del Sol, about 20 minutes from Salinas and one and 1 1/2 hour from Guayaquil International Airport. It has air conditioning and 3 plasma tv's. Is is located in the Punta Centinela complex with access to resaturants, pools, private beach. You can feel safe in this complex since access is restricted to authorized guests only.
