It has just been completely remodeled and is situated nicely between Recoleta Village and the famous shopping street of Avenida Sante Fe. This is a true 5 star property in which no expense was spared during renovation.
The property features a beautiful 400 square foot private terrace and is truly an oasis within the city. Surrounded by lush plantings you can relax to the sound of your water fountain or heat up with your own outdoor fireplace. Located at the back of the building it has no street noise and provides a perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day of touring in the city.
The apartment features high-end designer leather and wood furnishings. The living room has a Sanyo 32” LCD flat screen television and features floor to ceiling windows and doors that open up to the terrace. It has everything you will need including a stainless steel range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils needed for cooking. The kitchen has granite counter tops and beautiful tile-work. All finishes are top-notch and won’t disappoint.
The business center is found in the second lofted area of the apartment. It features a custom, built-in desk and WIFI high speed internet access throughout the apartment. The second lofted area also has a special “chill area” with custom pillows and cushions, perfect for reading or hanging out.
