New apartment in the first floor of an apartment complex with 24 hr. security. Underground, safe parking garage for one car and exercise gym. 15 min. from the airport and the U.S. embassy. Walking distance to Salitre Plaza with access to shops, restaurants, movie theatre, bakeries, banks, supermarket, movie rental and more. Bus station nearby. 15 min. to Zona Rosa.  
The apartment has brand new furniture. The master bedroom with its own full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two twin size beds in one and a queen size bed in the other. One full bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms. Washer and dryer are available and the kitchen is fully stocked. Plasma T.V. in the living room and stereo system. Dinning room table for six people. Cable t.v. and internet access is also available. Hard wood floor in the living, dinning and hallway. Bedrooms are carpeted. Sliding glass door to a small patio area. NO smoking allowed, please.

    We require a 300.00 dollar refundable deposit. It is returned after 5 days of departure. There is also a 50.00 dollar cleaning fee. We require at least 5 days notice for a cancellation and we may charge a penalty depending on the length of the reservation. We require payment five days before arrival and we accept credit cards and personal checks from U.S. banks.
