The apartment has been newly-refurbished by an interior designer in a modern, contemporary style. It's on the top floor (12th) of the building which has 3 elevators.
There is an internet connection and cable TV.

The bedroom has a full-size bed with lots of wardrobe space and there is a safe to secure your valuables. The living room has a sofa bed, a 32-inch LCD TV with cable channels and a CD & DVD player. The kitchen is modern with a granite worktop, microwave, fridge with freezer section, a 4-ring stove and a washing machine. Cooking and eating utensils are provided.

The building is secure with 24 hours door man and CCTV cameras and it is situated just in front of the world-famous Copacabana beach in the posto 6, which is a safe area and considered the more prestigious part of Copacabana, next to Arpoador and just a 5-10 minute walk to Ipanema. Everything you need is on the doorstep: the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, banks, gyms, etc. The building in located between streets Francisco Sá and Souza Lima.

Bed-linen and bath towels are provided.
Please note, despite the building fronting onto the beach the apartment does not have a sea view.

The building has 24hr porter and CCTV in the elevators and corridors that can be viewed from the TV in the apartment. The apartment comes equipped with a washing machine.

There are many shops, banks, bars and restaurants just outside the apartment building.

The beach is just across the street from the apartment building.
