The house has been architecturally designed and built in traditional materials under a new thatched roof, with natural wood and stone-tiled floors that exude luxury, taste and comfort. It features large living areas opening onto terraces, an inner courtyard and gardens of luscious vegetation surrounding the property. The house has a private, good-sized, swimming pool situated under coconut trees and just steps away from the beach.

The house rental includes a resident butler, a maid (she can cook), a gardener and daily pool maintenance services. A car and driver are also available for extra. Visit to nearby Salvador, formerly Brazilian capital and now a cultural haven, 50 minutes drive from Praia do Forte with the fascinating Mercado Modelo (shopping bazaar), modern and beautiful shopping malls (very good bargains if you have hard currency - US dollars, UK Pounds, Euros)

Enjoy great Brazilian drinks "caipirinha" while being served Brazilian delicacy "acaraje' on the beach while you are sunbathing.

Scuba diving is another option.

Sight seeing nearby beaches - some with dunes, white sandy beaches, tropical vistas and amazing all year round sunshine.
Area is called the Coconut Road, an amazing vista of coconut trees lined up on the shores of Bahia.

Praia do Forte has a small village 5 minutes walking distance from our house with typical restaurants, shopping, and the friendliest people. You will feel on another planet in Praia do Forte.

Deposit of 25% non refundable to be paid no latter than 4 weeks before arrival and 100% paid a week before arrival. Deposit of 1000,00 (one thousand Euros) upon arrival for possible breakage. The High Season Rate for New Year starts Saturday 26th December 2009 until Saturday 2nd 2010 The High Season Rate for the famous Bahia Carnaval week starts Friday February 12th 2010 and ends Friday 20th 2010. The High Season Rate for Easter starts Sunday 28th March 2010 and ends April 4th 2010
