Vacation Rental Description

Nestled in the Dunes between Pirangi and Buzios (RN)lies a small secluded area called Pirambuzios. Our "Casa Arco Iris"(House of the rainbow)with a 9 x 4 mtrs. pool, and 2 outside showers lies between the sea and the dunes on a quiet dead-end street. With 3 bedrooms in the bungalow and another one in a separate little apartment in the garden we feel it to be a small paradise on earth on this 600 sqm plot.

Reading on the sun beds in the garden under the palm trees or dozing off with the sound of the ocean waves in the background in the 2 hammocks overlooking the ocean you will be able to fully recharge your batteries. Our pool and garden boy lives at the back of the house, keeps an eye on the house and daily maintains pool and garden.

Breathe the pure ocean air while walking on the endless beaches and enjoy the fresh seafood and the abundant tropical fruits of the area. A visit to the nearby biggest cashew nut tree is of course a must.

Nearest Airport : Augusto Severo Airport at 20 kilometers distance;
Nearest Town : Natal at 20 kilometers distance
Travel Info: From the USA: The nearest airport is Natal. The aiport is about 30 minutes from our house. To my knowledge there are no direct flights from the USA or Canada. There are other options to fly to either Recife or Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo. From there there are enough national flights to Natal. From UK: there used to be direct flights from London with Thomson Fly,there are direct flights from Amsterdam and there are flights to Recife with Condor from several places in Germany.

We love the area for its unspoiled nature, the beautiful weather and the lovely beaches. There is no mass tourism and still a unique part of Brazil. We enjoy peace and tranquility in our house sitting in the garden next to our pool (9x4 meters), walking on the beach and getting up at 6 am to enjoy that warm sun and the ever present breeze. And if we want to escape all this peace and quiet, we simply take the car and drive to Natal with its big shopping malls or go for a good meal with excellent meat in one of the many restaurants all over the area

Deposit 1 week rent to be paid two weeks prior to rental period. Half of rental price to be paid on reservation. Second half to be paid 2 weeks prior to rental period. To be paid through international bank transfer. Cancellation policy: If tenant for any reason whatsoever cannot of will not rent the house on the arranged dates, he must inform the landlord about this immediately by phone or email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks of the commencing date, 25% of the rent remain is owed, in case of a cancellation up to 2 weeks 50% is required. If the tenant communicates about a cancellation only on the commencing date or informs during the hiring period that they do not want to make use of the house any further, there will be no refund. A contract will be exchanged between owner/landlord and renter.
