Ocean view apartment in a residential building, (one apartment per floor)with 3 parking spaces in enclosed garage.  
30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the Ponta Negra, 10 minutes from Genipabu.

    • The building has an air conditioned party room, and an outdoor barbecue/kitchen next to the pool. There is also a tennis/basketball court. There is 24 hour security. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, etc. There is no dishwasher for the moment. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned. All linens are provided. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, and bathroom with toilet, with blackout curtains. Maid service is available for 30 reais per day, or 560 reais per month, payable at the apartment. There is a television and DVD player. Cable will be available after the month of August, 2010. There is no telephone connection as yet for internet connection, but there are internet cafes nearby.

    • There are many activities in the area of Natal. Both north and south of Natal are some of the most famous beaches in Brazil, such as Genipabu to the north and Pipa to the south. One of the best ways to visit the north beaches is by buggy and guide. There are beautiful dunes in the area that provide many thrills in the buggys.  
    Snorkling and some skin diving are available in the area.  
    There are very good restaurants in Natal, and the food is very copious. Most of the time you can order one entree for 2 people. Everything from fresh seafood to wonderful flame cooked Brazilian beef is available.
