4 Bedroom House in Brazil

Our rentors have loved it. A wonderful villa, perfect for holiday rental for one or two families with 4 bedrooms, 8 beds and 4 bathrooms. Self-catering. The house is big with a veranda upstairs and a terrace/garden downstairs. Together with 20 houses we share a big swimming-pool and a sports field. The house is situated 500 metres from the most wonderful beaches where you can 'beach buggy' if you dare and want to. It is also 500 metres to The Beach Park, the biggest Acqua Park in South America. Those who have rented our house have told us how they loved their stay there. Our neighbours are Brazilian and wonderful people, helpful, smiling, just great. The distance to Fortaleza (2,5 mill. inhabitants) is about 10-15 minutes drive, to the airport about 10 minutes and the same to the football. You really should rent this house. I know you will like it.

The house is situated about 20 km from the city centre of Fortaleza, in Ceara, Brazil. The area is called Porto Das Dunas, a beautiful area with sand dunes and the most wonderful beaches, There is about 10-15 minutes by car to the International airport and to the football-stadium. Fortaleza is in the upper league. From the house there are 500 metres to the beach and to 'The Beach Park, the biggest AquaPark in South America. It's useful to have a car when staying at Porto Das Dunas. Then you can easily reach lots of beautiful beaches. You can also rent 'Beach-Buggy-Cars and drive on the beach, You van rent a car 200 metres away from the house. 
 
Garden: In the small garden outside, there is a shower and a big barbecue. You will find a dining-table for 8-10 people there, nice chairs for relaxing and places to put up a hammock. Our grandson planted a coconut two years ago, so a cocopalm is growing fast together with some other plants. We are happy if our rentors take care of our small garden while staying in our house, watering our plants etc.:-) There is a small sportsfield in the condominium that you can use whenever you want.

There you can put up a hammock and enjoy lazy hours or sit down in a chair with a galss of wine or a cup of coffee. From this veranda you can have a glimpse of the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom connected. There is also air-condition in each bedroom.

The house is in a complete save area, so you don't need to be afraid to leave money, camereas etc, in the house when going to the beach etc. There is a wall around the houses in the condominium and a gatekeeper all day and all night.
