Beautiful house on beachfront resort located on a private lake with shuttle ferry to the beach 500 yards away. The 5 bedroom 4 Suites air conditioned house is brandnew and luxuriously furnished with a large private garden, pool and Jacuzzi outdoors. There is an outdoor lounge area for barbeque by the pool. And a separated Home Theater lounge with a sophisticated audio Sony system and large 46" LCD Sony TV. Free Internet wireless at the house. 
 
Tennis gear (rackets and balls) also available at the house. 
 
The famous Costa de Sauipe Resort has a championship golf course and a Tennis Center where the Brazil Open is played each February, as well as a horse riding centre, water sports center, and a village with restaurants and shops, bicycles and golf buggies are available for rent. Maid and babysitter at the service center on location
