Luxury house in Alto da Ferradurinha, with beautiful view to the ocean, minutes on foot to some of Buzio’s best beaches Ferradurinha, and Geriba as well as you will have access to a secluded "private" beach just 100 meters from the property (Praia dos Amores). Our house has about 520 sq mts devided in 2 floors. 5 large bedrooms (3 suites and 2 rooms), huge tropical garden with various fruit trees, pool with view to the ocean. Large living/family room with fireplace, varanda with fireplace and BBQ. Ample kitchen with large pantry. Total infrastructure to accommodate 10 people with comfort.

Bedrooms description:

Two ensuites on the first floor one with deck to pool and view to the ocean, the other with view to the tropical garden. Two rooms upstairs with view to the ocean share a bathroom. Large master suite with terrace, view, closet and hydro massage.

The large indoor living area gives directly on to the pool deck overlooking the the sea and surrounding hillsides. -The 50sq m large kitchen ensures plenty off room for the whole family. Two refrigerators, a large pantry , 5 burner stove, wine cooler plus over 5 m of granite counter top. Further details outdoors: - Barbecue, the Brazilian "must have" veranda installation! --we help and assist upon request in the selection of the best cuts of meat to make a perfect Brazilian churrasco on the veranda, right next to the pool. - Perfect swimming pool with shallow end for our younger guests but just right to cool off in the heat of the summer sun with your drink. Our pool is well maintained and with a high water quality it ensures you to be a great option to the beach.

A 20% deposit is needed to secure your reservation. We accept bank wire, credit card for your deposit. The balance (in US dollars)is due when you arrive. We do not accept overpayments. In the case of a refund, the refund is only made after final clearance of funds to our bank.
