    Full payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment. There is a security deposit of US$300.00 due at arrival at the apartment. The deposit will be refunded at time of check out if there are no damages to the property other than the usual wear and tear. There is a 10% deposit at time of booking. There is no refund if there is a cancellation within the 7 days prior to arrival. Once the client has occupied the apartment and decides to vacate it prior to the departure date; there is NO refund of the rent paid.
