The apartments are over 70 square meters (over 600 square feet) and have an entry hall, full kitchen, modern bathroom, 2 bedrooms and business center, lots of light and open living room. The apartments are tastefully decorated in modern contemporary style: Italian designed leather sofas, king and queen sized top of the line beds, TV, DVD player and sound system, business center with internet hook-up and USA phone, fully equipped kitchen, vacuum, iron and board. Both the thrid and fourth floor apartments will sleep four in king and queen beds. In addition, on the third floor a futon can sleep an additional person.  
 
This is truly a singular property, located on a quiet street, yet just one block from Avenida Pueyrredon with its shops and businesses. Just a few short blocks to the Recoleta Village or Plaza Barrientos areas with their restaurants, nightlife, and other attractions. The area is safe and has all of the modern conveniences.  
 
The owner of these apartments also owns a smaller unit just two blocks away. If you are traveling with others you may wish to consider booking the other units to provide for greater comfort.
