My property is located downtown Buenos Aires (Parana str. & Corrientes Ave.) and is sorrounded by all the touristic attractions of this beautiful city. It is a modern building, and the property faces the street. It is a very luminous apartment, fully equipped with table clothing, bed sheets and fully equipped kitchen (see amenities). 
 
The apartment is next to Corrientes Avenue. Obelisco (the landmark of the city) is located 400 meters away. Colon Theatre, also, is not far away : 500 meters. Puerto Madero is 1.5 km from the property. 
 
Downtown (Centro) is the heart of the city, home to the famous obelisk in the middle of Avenida 9 de Julio, the world’s widest avenue. If you choose to stay in this neighborhood will experience the vibrant pulse of Buenos Aires city life. Corrientes Avenue is famous for its innumerable theaters and book stores. The Florida Street pedestrian mall is known for fine stores and the Galerias Pacifico shopping center. The Casa Rosada presidential palace fronting the Plaza de Mayo is located here as well as many other important tourist attractions. This area is ideal for those who want convenient access to other points in Buenos Aires 
 
Activity 24/7: bars, pubs, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, art galleries, tango dancing, etc. 
 
Getting around is easy: 2 different underground lines are nearby and there are plenty of buses to choose from.
