Our studio was remodeled new in 2008. It is equipped with all the best Buenos Aires has to offer. All the sheets are 100% cotton, (purchased in the US) and all the towels are oversized. The bed is a queen size mattress and one of the best you can get here. The kitchen is complete and the bathoom is very nice and completely tiled. There is a shower with bath as well as a videt.
This studio is in the CENTER of Palermo Soho, located on the street of Honduras just 3 doors down from the Plaza Cortazar. There is a lot of activity at night and on the weekends which helps provide a bit more security. There are great restaurants ALL within walking distance. There are many cafe's and high class bars all nearby. Starbucks is aproximately 2 blocks from the studio.
The subway "D" line is about 6 blocks.

We have rented this property for over a year now and everyone has really enjoyed it as an alternative to staying in a hotel. Many come back and most refer others.
