    Price High Season: € 210.00 per Week - € 40.00 per day (minimun 3 days) Price Low Season: € 170.00 per Week - € 30.00 per day (minimun 3 days) Final cleaning € 20.00 Full payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment. There is a security deposit of € 200.00 due at arrival at the apartment. The deposit will be refunded at time of check out if there are no damages to the property other than the usual wear and tear. There is a 25% deposit at time of booking. Once the client has occupied the apartment and decides to vacate it prior to the departure date; there is NO refund of the rent paid. Payment of booking by paypal or bank transfer.
