Located within Arabian Ranches is the 18 hole championship Desert Golf Course and Dubai Polo Club & Equestrian Centre which Villa Masbah guests my use (applicable fees). Both of these have extensive dining and bar facilities and no membership is required. The Polo Club also boasts a spa. 
 
Also located within the community is a shopping centre with a supermarket, chemist/drug store, ATM, laundry, pet store, several dining and fast food outlets. 
 
The villa Masbah is located in Al-Reem 3 of Arabian Ranches and there is community pool a short walk from the house. 
 
With the new Dubai Metro System operational there is a feeder bus service every 30 minutes to the Mall of the Emirates (3 largest shopping mall in the world) and the Metro Station. The bus stop is 350m from the villa. The metro runs every 10 minutes and takes you to all the major areas and shopping malls in Dubai.
