All conveniences Air Conditioning, Internet, Washer Dryer,New (2006) LUXURY apartment in Rechavia on Rechov Hatibonim #11 (between AZA and Ramban) 2nd floor walk up, 3 Bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, one has bathtub/Jacuzzi and the second stall shower, Fully Furnished, all linens, towels, blankets, etc. and equipped with DSL internet, TV’s, glatt kosher (all year dishes and utensils, not Pesach but our agent can provide obtaining you whatever you need) dishes, pots, pans, utensils including Shabbos platter and hot water urn, etc. Washer/dryer Central AC and Heat. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and other 2 bedrooms have slide out twin beds (2 mattresses). The sofa in the living room can be used for a younger child. Street parking requiring muni meter (non Shabbat or Non Holiday days only) is available. The rent includes VAAD Habayis and Real Estate taxes and all utilities. Our caretaker/agent in Israel who will meet you at the apartment when you arrive. Our agent is available if for any reason you may need something while you are staying in the apartment. This way you will have the peace of mind that you are not walking into a strange apartment without any local service available in the event something should go wrong, etc. If you are interested and if you provide me with your full name and address, cell and home telephone number, I will send you a rental agreement and therefore reserve this apartment for you.

You do not need to bring blankets, pillows, towels, pots, pans, etc. Everything is there for you and fully cleaned when you arrive. In addition upon check out you will need to pay a cleaning service $125 so we can clean and launder all linens for next guests.

Apartment is in 10 minute walking distance to all major hotels and 15 minutes to Emek Refaim and approximately 20 minutes to old city. Our caretaker will make sure everything is to your satisfaction and is available if for any reason you may need something while you are staying in the apartment.

Daily rates are based on time of year and length of stay. As an example Succoth (Succah Available) and Passover renage from $375 to $475 per night. Holiday season such as Yom Haatzmaut and Yom Yerushalayin rates vary from $225 to $275 per night. Monthly rates (non holiday) as low as $3750 and as high as $6,000.
