Casa Dena is a brand new 4000sf beachfront home in Paraiso Tankah with private pool, spacious patios and balconies. This Luxurious 4 bedroom home will provide you with one of the best vacations in the Riviera Maya. The large Granite kitchen area has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, or let Armando and Daisy our live in cooks prepare you some of their best dishes. We suggest using Riviera Maya Groceries and have your fridge fully stocked upon arrival. Enjoy the complimentary drinks, guacamole, and salsa prepared for your arrival and explore your new home away. The living room was designed to flow with the kitchen and dining area keeping everyone involved in conversations throughout the home. The dining area seats eight with an additional six bar seats around the large kitchen island, or if you prefer take your meal to the patio and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Relaxing at Casa Dena is made easy with several lounge chairs located pool and beach side, a large palapa on the beach provides plenty of shade for taking a siesta in one of the colorful hammocks. On the roof we have designed a wonderful seating area for watching the sunrise, working on your tan, stargazing, or throwing a roof party.

• Travel Info: Driving Directions The following directions are from the Cancun Airport: As you head away from the airport on the access road, follow the signs for Chetumal/Xcaret/Tulum and turn right (South) onto Highway 307, which is the main highway of the Mayan Riveria. Do not follow the signs for Cancun or Zona Hotelera, which is to the North. There are radar speed traps all along this road, so please be aware of your speed. When you see the sign for Xel-Ha Eco-Park (pronounced Shell-Ha) you will be exactly 8 km out of Tankah Tres. As you continue south of Xel-Ha you will see a green highway sign for Blue Sky at KM marker 238. Within 1/2 mile you will see the large green highway sign that says Tankah Tres and Casa Cenote. You will continue past the entrance of Tankah Tres to the Dreams Tulum resort. You will then use the Returno by staying in the left hand lane. At this point you will take a left U turn and will return to the north to reach Tankah Tres. After making a right onto the the Tankah Tres road, continue down the packed dirt road which is lined by mangroves. The road turns left at the Freedom Paradise Hotel in approximately 1 Km. The driving time from the Cancun airport to Casa Dena is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The distance on highway 307 from the airport to the Casa Dena turnoff on the Tankah Tres road is 103 km. Driving time from Casa Dena to the Cancun airport can vary depending on traffic, although new bypasses are being built to help alleviate traffic through some of the towns.
