Just 1 ½ blocks from miles of white sandy beach, the Caribbean sea, great snorkeling, balmy days and well located for day trips to some of the world’s most important Mayan ruins and many of Yucatan’s best cave and cenote adventures.

The town centre, scuba and snorkeling tours, a great book store and a wide variety of restaurants offering Mexican, Chinese, Italian and much more, is eight blocks away.

    Puerto Morelos’ most spectacular attraction is its reef filled with hundreds of varieties of fish, sea life and corals. This underwater playground is the second longest reef in the world.

    Jungle Drive and Zip Line Plunge into Cool Cenote
    Cenotes are natural limestone, fresh water “sinkholes” that are found all over the Yucatan where you can have a refreshing swim and cool off in the tropical heat.

    Sport Fishing
    Puerto Morelos offers world class fishing for Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado (Mahi mahi), Bonito and Barracuda.

    Ya Kul Lagoon
    The large lagoon near Akumal is a great place to snorkel and relax for the day. The entrance fee is $7 and you can rent snorkel gear and life jackets for $15 a person.

    Chichen Itza
    The Seventh Wonder of The World and the most famous of the Mayan ruins in this area. Most guided tours include a visit to a cenote and colonial town of Valladolid.

Full refund of all money paid 60 days prior to arrival. 2. 1 – 59 days prior to arrival – 25% of rent not refunded. 3. 1 – 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent not refunded. 4. For Christmas Holiday weeks 100% of rent paid not refunded if cancelled less than 30 days prior (unless we are able to rent to someone else.)
