Casa Mermaid is a large open spacious family home of solid construction, furnished in American style with Mexican flair and the mystical charm of the mermaid to for fill your every vacation wish.  
 
With an open floor plan and lovely patio on the second level with unobstructed ocean view. 
 
Our large family vacation home accommodates 2 to 12 with comfort. 
4 bedrooms and 4 baths, on two floors with a huge patio on the second level that has a fabulous unobstructed view of the sea. 
There is private pool with lounge chairs, tables and chairs with umbrella amidst a tropical setting with a flowing fountain for your enjoyment with no one else but you and your family. 
The entire property is gated and private.  
We have an English Speaking manager that will tend to your every need. 
This home rental has four very large bedrooms, each with a private bath, air-conditioning, TV,DVD, ceiling fans, lots of windows, and Ocean or Garden View.  
All tile and Mexican Marble floors & baths throughout the home.  
We have a fully-equipped kitchen with gas four-burner stove, dishwasher, American refrigerator, microwave, blender, juicer, all dishes, utensils, along with pots and pans of every kind are supplied. We have two water dispensers in the kitchen. 
 
All bedrooms have American beds with the finest cotton linens. 
Beach towels for your use are kept in the trunk upstairs. 
We have cooler,thermos,beach chairs for your use at the beach. There is a good sized 15x30 pool with lounge chairs amidst a tropical setting with a flowing fountain. You will have the entire house to your self. 
Maid service is included, Cook available, computer with high speed internet,hammocks over looking the ocean, TV and DVD's in bedrooms, Stereo, diving, snorkeling,water sports, boating, tennis & golf near by, are some of the amenities Casa Mermaid has to offer. 
We are located on a quite residential street called Avenida Javier Rojo Gomez, just across the street from the ocean with no houses in between. There is a wide foot path leading to the fabulous pristine white powder sand on a 20 foot wide beach of soft rolling waves protected by the Pelancar Reef.  
We rent by the week or month and Jim our English speaking care taker can help you with activities or reservations for fishing or snorkeling, diving or dining out or any other request you may have.  
Just 4 short blocks you can walk to restaurants, central plaza/park, internet cafes, grocery store, pharmacy, artisan shops and miles of powder soft, white sand beaches just across the street.
