50% deposit required when booking with the remainder 50% required 14 days prior to arrival. Full payment qualifies for 10% off the price. Cancellation policy: Full deposit within 60 days of cancellation, 50% of deposit within 45 days of cancellation, Cancellation within 14 days of arrival would forfeit the deposit and any additional funds held for the Villa.
