'Casa Vela' is a luxury three bedroom villa built in December 2005 and has a great location within the exclusive Playacar gated community. Located close to the town entrance of Playacar. The beautiful Caribbean beaches are just a few minutes walk through a small park past some small Mayan ruins. It is a similar distance to the famous 5th Avenue restaurants and shops via Paseo del Carmen. The famous Playacar aviary is 2 - 3 minutes walk away and the Robert van Hagg designed golf course is just across the street. Reef Beach club is also nearby.  
 
Stylish, modern Italian and Mexican furnishings suit the house style. With large rooms and high ceilings, the villa feels very spacious. Ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout. 
 
Step straight from the lounge to the patio and into the large, shared, swimming pool. One bedroom is downstairs with direct access to the pool, with two large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has its own jacuzzi as well as private terrace where you can relax in your hammock, overlooking the pool. 
 
This privately owned villa is maintained to a high standard and managed by professional management agents who are located very close to the villa. They will ensure that the villa is perfectly presented and will assist you with any activities that you may require during your vacation. They can assist with anything from arranging tours, baby sitting services, cook in chefs, to cell phone hire. Airport transfer can also be arranged.

    • Casa Vela is a luxury villa with a great location in the exclusive gated community of Playacar. The beach is a short walk through a pleasant park with its own Mayan ruins, the golf course is across the street and the shops and restaurants of Playa del Carmen are 5 minutes walk. The villa is spacious with high ceilings and has modern Italian and Mexican furnishings throughout. The living area leads out to the patio and this is just steps from the large shared swimming pool. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a jacuzzi, walk-in closet and a private terrace that also overlooks the swimming pool. Our management agents will present the villa to a high standard and be on hand to arrange tours etc.

    All along the coast there is great snorkelling. 
    The Mayan ruins of Tulum are 40 minutes drive away, Coba is about 2 hours and Chichen Itza is about 3 hours drive

    High Season - December 15 to April 15 - US$1,600 per week (min. 3 nights) Low Season - April 15 to December 15 - US$1,200 per week (min. 3 nights) Christmas/New Year - US$2,900 per week (min. 7 nights) These prices are subject to local tax. Payment by personal cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
