This beautiful spacious Playa del Carmen villa and three-story home is located in the luxurious tropical resort of Playacar, in Playa del Carmen. Tropical gardens surround this new home; and three terraces offer a view of nature's sacred paradise and the beauty of the Caribbean Sea.
This new home completed in 2004 has 5 large private comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans; each room is tastefully decorated with a theme., a 5th private studio bedroom with bathroom is available upon request, The ground floor has 2 bedrooms a third private studio bedroom is available if needed (12 guests), 1 with a king size bed and a security safe, the second large bedrooms contains 2 double size beds with teak furniture and patio doors to the balcony. The large main living room has 20 ft. high and 15 ft wide window overlooking a natural tropical jungle like garden, there are 3 couches, 29 inch TV, DVD, with satellite reception is located on this floor, as well as access to the laundry facilities. The 2nd Floor holds the large main kitchen with all the necessities, including fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and everything else you need if you love to cook, or want to hire a cook (cook available upon request). A large dinning room and a second living room with 2 couches and stereo, this living room overlooks the main large living room on the ground floor, it also features patio doors which open up to a balcony. A 3rd oversized bedroom is also on this floor, it hosts a king-size bed, furniture, and patio doors leading to a large terrace with patio table and chairs, a second set of patio doors in the room also open to a balcony. The 3rd floor holds a corridor with a teak furniture reading area, and patio doors opening to a very large terrace that can host up to 30 people, on this terrace you can use the B-BQ grill to enjoy your favorite cookout meals on another patio table set and lawn chairs sunbathing long chairs, from this terrace, stairs lead to 2 more rooftop terraces to enjoy the wonderful scenic view of Playa and it’s breathtaking ocean view or a private rooftop suntan. The 3rd floor also contains the master bedroom and two other balconies, both balconies are accessible from the master bedroom, one also from the corridor. The very large master bedroom has a gold domed ceiling, king-size bed, beautiful teak furniture, private security safe, large private bathroom with bathtub. All the linens and covers are of high quality for your nightly comfort. Maid service is included so you can spend more time relaxing, by the way you need not worry about the drinking water, bottled water is supplied for your convenience, and we are always available to help you make your stay the most pleasant possible. The beach is only a 100 footsteps away, and Playa's famous 5th ave. a 3 minute walk. You can enjoy all that Playa has to offer or just relax on our beautiful beaches all in walking distance. Playa del Carmen is a beach resort town located approximately 45 minutes south of Cancun on the Yucatan’s Riviera Maya.
