Casa Mullaney is a fully-furnished, air-conditioned, smoke-free Mexican villa. There is an open porch across the front of the villa with a view of the ocean, and a screened porch on the side.The patio at the rear surrounds a large freshwater pool, where a spiral staircase leads to a very private sundeck with ocean views.
At poolside is a gas-fired barbeque.
The villa features a very large living room with Satellite TV, DVD and VCR. There is a bar nestled under an archway that connects to the kitchen.The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, range, oven, microwave, and all necessary small appliances. Adjacent is a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.
The dining room includes dinnerware and seating for eight.
The villa offers three air-conditioned bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large closet with safe, a 21" satellite television, and a bathroom with sunken marble tub, shower, and bidet.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, large closets, and a bathroom with double sink and stall shower.

The third bedroom, on the second floor, is very large with three twin beds and a trundle bed,satellite TV large closets, and a bathroom with both tub and shower.
The beautiful private beach is just ten meters away from Casa Mullaney.
