PLAYACAR PHASE ONE IS THE MOST DESIRABLE GATED COMMUNITY IN ALL OF PLAYA DEL CARMEN. IT'S PROXIMITY TO DOWNTOWN aka, 5TH AVENUE AND THE COZUMEL FERRY IS JUST A 10 MINUTE WALK FROM OUR VILLA. THE BEACH IS PRIVATE, THE AREA QUIET, WE ARE SURROUNDED BY MANY BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE HOMES THAT WILL HELP TO MAKE YOU FEEL SAFE AND SOUND ON YOUR HOLIDAY. 
 
Our past guests have been extremely satisfied with our villa and return often. The beach is less than 2 minutes from the villa. You are surrounded by lush tropical flowers and trees within walking distance to Mayan ruins, a tropical bird aviary, cenotes, tennis courts, and 18 hold championship golf course and the charming town of Playa del Carmen.  
 
THE WALK TO TOWN IS A NICE 10 MINUTE STROLL PAST MAYAN RUIN PARKS. PLAYA DEL CARMEN IS WELL KNOWN FOR AN INCREDIBLE SELECTION OF INTERNATIONAL RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE VILLA. THE SHOPPING IN PLAYA IS FUN, WHERE YOU CAN FIND EVERYTHING FROM THE TYPICAL TOURIST TRINKETS TO VERY EXPENSIVE JEWELRY AND THE LATEST IN INTERNATIONAL STYLES. 
 
The first level consists of a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and dining area, laundry room with washer & dryer, a half bathroom (painted with a coral reef mural), a living room area with a Plasma TV/DVD/VCR. We have a selection of videos, books & DVD's. Our private swimming pool is just outside the living/kitchen area and is such a nice place to relax. We have a patio set, lounge chairs, barbeque, beach chairs, umbrella and beach bikes! 
 
The second level consists of the Master Suite with a king bed, large covered terrace with 2 hammocks and seating area that overlooks the beautiful garden area, a private bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and separate large soaking tub. There is a couch that also makes into a double bed. 
 
The third level consists of two bedrooms with queen beds, separate private bathrooms and separate terraces with breathtaking ocean views.  
 
The open rooftop terrace will take your breath away when you see the gorgeous panoramic views of Playa Del Carmen and the Caribbean. You can even see Cozumel Island! 
 
Two private safes are available for your peace of mind. Our maid comes 3 times a week to keep the house neat and tidy for you. Our pool man comes 6 days a week and our gardener comes weekly to make sure our home is picture perfect for your stay. Our property manager & staff will come by to check on you to ensure that your stay is comfortable and worry free. They will be happy to answer any questions you might have, as well as offer suggestions for activities or restaurant recommendations. We also provide purified water in the kitchen and each bedroom for your convenience.

    3 night minimum stay Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival are fully refundable Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are 50% refundable at owner’s discretion. Note: We have always worked with customers and returned deposits with good reasons. Ex. hurricanes, pregnancies, h1n1. No refunds after that date. After inspection of property, security deposits are returned within 14 days of departure. KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO VILLA before security deposit is released. Contract is valid upon receipt of deposit payment. Payment must be received within 7 days of booking for confirmation.
