Playamar 15 is a brand new villa next to the natural Playacar bird sanctuary and the golf course. The peace and tranquility of the setting is interrupted only by the tropical bird song, but it is still in a very central location for everything. The short walk to the beach is just a few minutes through a pleasant park with Mayan ruins. The main shops and restaurants of Playa del Carmen and 5th Avenue are just a 5 minute walk away.

The private patio leads out to the shared pool and common area. The famous Xaman-Ha bird sanctuary is adjacent to the pool and just a few meters from the villa. With luck you may see the occasional tucan visit the pool area.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and private terrace overlooking the pool.

The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, en suite bathroom with shower,
And an extra closable double sofa allowing an extra 2 persons
The tird bedroom is on the main floor allowing an additional couple to stay in comfort with bathroom/shower adjacent.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate laundry room.

Every room has ceiling fans and air conditioning, although the generous high ceilings give a luxurious and cool feel even on hot days.

The villa is managed by professional agents who are located nearby and will be pleased to assist you. Maid service is included and other services such as airport transfer and tours can be arranged.

Rental reservations can be paid with check or money order. We accept VISA or MC A 50% deposit is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. There will be a US 250 handling fee on all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
