Gorgeous 2900 square foot house located in the Mexican paradise of Playa del Carmen. Our house is in a secure, gated community away from heavy traffic. A golf course is a few steps away, the beach a 7 minute walk and a 2 minutes drive (or 10 minute walk) from the main strip in Playa. The house itself has three large bedrooms, each with its own washrooms, balcony and television.

The main floor is beautiful native marble with a large and fully equipped kitchen.

The patio is outside the family room and allows you to enjoy the lush backyard. On the second floor, there is another patio that allows for privacy.

				Low Season Price:	$1,400 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,600 per Week

Reservations require a 50% deposit plus security deposit within 7 days of booking for confirmation. The balance of rental must be received within 60 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation. If reservations are made less than 60 days before arrival, then 100% of rental and security deposit are required within 7 days of booking. The rental deposit, less a $250 processing fee is refundable until 90 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations between 61-90 days of arrival are subject to a 50% surcharge of the rental. Cancellations between 31-60 days of arrival are subject to a 75% surcharge of the rental. Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival are subject to a 100% surcharge of the rental. Bookings for Christmas and New Year are subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation. 100% of the security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation.
