Our condo has all of the amenities you are looking for, dishwasher, garbage disposal, five burner stove & oven. Gourmet cookware, all dishes, coffee maker, & microwave. Ours is the only covered terrace and adjoining patio in the complex. It is ground floor and has an open spacious feeling with mahgany doors that open to bring the outside in. Individual air conditioning controls for the bedrooms and living area make it comfortable even on the hotest days. We have cable TV with 500+ channels, a DVD and VCR player. Internet access is readily available on the terrace. 
 
Our large pool is near the front patio and the beach is just steps away. You can truly relax and dine in on the patio surrounded by tropical plants and flowers or take a short stroll to world class dining on 5th Ave in downtown Playa. Some of the local dining is very interesting and walking every where is safe.

• Travel Info: You can fly into either Cancun or Cozumel. Transportation from Cancun is simple, there is a bus for $6 or & US, a shuttle for around $20 US, shared ride or a taxi, for these your should barter, rates are betweeen $35-50 each way. From Cozumel take the ferry across and a taxi from the pier. Either town is easy and safe. There are rental cars from the Cancun airport and in Playa. Almost every national brand can be found for reasonable rates. Driving is safe of not sane and roads are good.
