Vacation Rental Description
IMAGINE sleeping in a romantic, teak canopy bed - on a pillow top mattress, in quality cotton bedding. The Master bedroom has a King size teak canopy bed and an adjacent en suite full bathroom with shower and a spacious walk-in closet. There is also a small deck off the master bedroom opening onto the central courtyard & pool area. The second bedroom has a Queen size teak canopy bed and large closet. It opens on to the large front balcony. The main full bathroom is right next to the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have individual remote controlled air conditioning units for your comfort and lined drapes to keep out the bright Mexican morning sun for those who want to sleep late. Interesting Mexican art adorn the walls. Each bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan if air conditioning is not needed.
A self-inflating double mattress with real bed linens is available. This would be most appropriate for smaller children. The chaise couch could also double as a bed.
Aqua Terra condo is furnished with a stylish mix of new and old. Italian designed furnishings provide elegant comfort and luxury in the spacious living & dining area. The dining table will seat six and the living area contains a leather sofa chaise and chair. Modern and traditional Mexican art adorns the walls. A 32' Sony TV, DVD player and a stereo are available for your entertainment needs. You can plug your iPod or MP3 player into the stereo and there are a variety of DVD's available for your enjoyment. The fully equipped, open kitchen has modern appliances, ample storage space and granite counter tops. Each room has a separate air conditioner unit and ceiling fan for your comfort.A floor safe is provided for your valuables. A local cell phone is available for your personal use.On-site parking is available in front of the building although a car is not necessary as you are within a short walk or an inexpensive taxi ride to all necessities.

Enjoy in the superb snorkeling & diving from Playa or take a short ferry ride to experience the world famous reefs of Cozumel. Explore the ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum & Chichen Itza. Take an eco-tour through the jungle and explore a spectacular cenote.Visit the fun and entertaining theme parks at Xcaret or Xel-ha. Ride a horse on the beach. Enjoy fishing, golf, para-sailing or wind surfing. Enjoy a local soccer game, or for the more active person, enjoy running, tennis or salsa dancing lessons at the public sports park located near the Condo.

The weekly rate is for 7 consecutive nights. Rates are for 4 adults. Additional adults (17 years & older) up to a maximum of 2 are $25 per person per night. Children (16 years and younger) 2 max. - no additional fee. There is a 3 day minimum rental. At check-in, you will be met by a local representative and given the keys. Features of the condo will be provided and any questions you may have will be answered. A CASH Damage Deposit ($200.00 USD or currency equivalent) will be required upon check-in. A local representative will also check you out at the end of your stay. The deposit, less any monies for damages or lost items will be returned to you at check-out (or within 30 days if you you do not complete a final check out with the local representative). A complimentary mid-week cleaning is available. You can arrange for additional cleaning through the local representative. A 12% local tax will be added to all rates.
