Condo is located in a beautiful, Spanish style, recently constructed complex with a large swimming pool and a shaded palapa. It has a central location, close to everything, right in the middle of Playa (one of the best off beach locations in town).
5-10 walking distance to Mamitas Beach and Avenida 5th. Large grocery "Mega" supermarket is across the street and Walmart is just a short stroll away. The complex is wrapped around the pool with balconies overlooking the pool and green areas. Our unit is away from the noisy streets for your quiet enjoyment and relaxation.
The condo is fully furnished and equipped. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, plenty of towels and extra linen sheets.
