Vacation Rental Description
The Penthouses of the Royal Oasis is a new Vacation Condo complex in a quiet safe community known as “Centro” or affectionately as “Little Italy” due to the high volume of Italian restaurants. 
This Vacation Condo Suite is Mexico at its finest....classy, contemporary yet comfortable. It boasts approximately 600 sq feet (36 m2) with marble floors and shower and custom solid wood cabinetry. 
 
There is a private 260 sq foot (24 m2) outdoor terrace. ...enjoy the romantic outdoor bed while the soft Caribbean breeze gently ruffles the white curtains that surround it. 
 
Other features include a Simmons Beautyrest Pillowtop master king size bed, a sitting area, including a sofa bed large enough for 2 small children, a fully equipped kitchenette with black granite counter tops and a flat ceramic cook top. 
 
This suite also includes DISH Satellite on a new flat screen 
TV and a Wireless Internet connection. 
 
Some of our Condo Suites and Condo’s are pet friendly for pocket dogs, a Pet Security Deposit will be required and our Pet rules and regulations must be followed 
 
 
Throw together a fresh mango margarita in the blender and wander out to the pool for some of that wonderful Caribbean sunshine, relax and rejuvenate. 
 
Look one direction and enjoy a view of the crystal turquoise ocean, the other our tropical gardens. Inside our tropical garden Oasis you will find a black granite master Jacuzzi that can comfortably seat 10, take our elevator to the second level to have a swim in our 20 meter lap pool, or simply relax and soak in the wonderful Caribbean sunshine on one of our loungers.

    Reservations & Deposits Minimum Stay is 5 nights in any one Condo/Condo Suite Condo Suites may have availability, for nightly stays You must submit a Rental Reservation Request. Upon receipt of your Rental Reservation Request we will notify you within 48 hours with confirmation and all details. A deposit of 50% is required to hold the reservation. Reservation deposit is to be made by bank transfer. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. The balance is due upon arrival (cash). A security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit can be secured by way of cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellation Policy and Refunds 60 + days in advance - Deposit minus $50 USD will be refunded 30 - 60 days in advance - 50% of deposit will be refunded Less than 30 days - No deposit will be refunded In the event you are unable to travel due to hurricanes - Deposit minus $50 USD will be refunded

    Our building is under a year old...it is clean & quiet
    There are tons of restaurants close by...Japanese..Thai...Italian..
    and of course Mexican.
    Our building is located in a quiet end of town...with quick access to both the beach and the famous 5th Avenue....each are a block away
