Imagine stepping out and walking through this beautiful garden courtyard less than 100 steps to the soft sandy beach at Playa or less than one block away from Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue), a pedestrian only bazaar filled with shops, galleries, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Our condo is beautifully furnished and offers two private suites with king beds and two luxurious baths. The bedrooms offer plenty of closet space. Each bedroom as it's own cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is a cozy area equipped with a sleeper sofa.

Watch a DVD on wide screen or just enjoy views overlooking the private patio, multi-leveled courtyard, infinity edged pool and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Cozumel. Ceiling fans, separate controlled air conditioning in every room makes your stay very comfortable.
