This property is right on the beach. It is a 24 unit building and is 4 years old. The property management is excellent and the staff are pleasant,honest ,helpful and speak English The island is a perfect vacation spot for families. The ferry to the island is very accessible from the airport and runs every 30 minutes. There are many excellent restaurants 5 minutes from the condo or go to the supermarket and cook in. Lots of choice The condo is 1450 Sq Feet with 2 bedroom,s 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen,living room and dining room. The terrace has a hammock and chairs for relaxing or a table for eating out. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has 2 doubles so sleeping 4 or 6 is easy.

• Travel Info: Isla Mujeres is a small island located 20 minutes from Cancun. You take a modern high speed ferry from Grand Puerto Juarez which is located 20 minutes by cab from the airport in Cancun. The condo is located right on the north beach of the island. The beach is wide white cool sand and the water is calm ,shallow and swim-able.The town is a 5 minute walk and the restaurants are plentiful,reasonable and serve excellent food. The island is safe,extremely friendly and small enough to walk almost everywhere. If you go further afield you can rent a golf cart or a bicycle. Vacationers who come once return again and again.
