Location, Location. Fabulous Location! Top floor balony. Direct line of view over swimming pool to beach and ocean. Northwest corner of Isla, just a short walk to town. No cabs needed. This cornered balcony has private sunset views. Watch for the "Green Flash." It's real! Cool vaulted and domed ceilings throughout. Private concierge service from ferry included. Luxury and value. Pool, grounds and building renovation in 2008. We just bought this gorgeously decorated condo, 5/09.  
 
Experience artsy Isla, with it's European flavor, International cuisine and small town prices, just half an hour northish of Cancun. This 5 mile long island compares and shines versus Cayman, Barbados, St.Martin and other Carib destinations. We have all the amenities with half the cost.  
 
UltraMar Ferry Service from Puerto Juarez runs every 1/2 hour until 11pm. Large, newer, comfortable boats, a/c inside or enjoy the spectacular view up top. $7 round trip pp. 15minunte ride across the bay. Walk 3 blocks to Nautibeach Condos. 
 
New furnishings and A/C. Comfortably cool inside, nice and hot on the beach. Pillowtop deep pocket mattresses, 400 threadcount sheets. 1 Queen. 1 Double and Bunk beds. Plush sofa and loveseat. Full kitchen. Our third floor corner balcony gets flow through breezes. The sun moon stained glass window and lovely hand painted mural are exceptional. Domed ceiling bedrooms and vaulted great room. Never go home. Fall in love with Isla. We did. 
 
Dig your toes in the white sugar sand beach. Build a dream sand castle. Relax and enjoy the ebb and flow in this eclectic town. Make new friends playing beach volleyball or soccer. No need for a car. Mosey 2 blocks to town. Nightly street dancers and musicians, etc. on Hidalgo Calle, (restaurant row) for foot traffic only. Dance 'til dawn at Om. Go early for their video history of surfing around the world. 
 
Our spectacular on-site restaurant Sunsets Grill features awesome salads to Thai Chicken, this chef knows what he is doing. Romantic beach dinners with live music at....Sunsets Grill. Olivia's chef prepares fresh mediterranean daily. Try their tapas, unbelievable! Asia Cuisine offers fresh spring rolls and curries so good you'll lick the plate. Eat the $1.50 mixed seafood taco at San Cocho. WOW! 
 
Isla Mujeres is one of the only places in the world to snorkel with the whale sharks. Safe and scary gentle giants of the sea. Snorkel Garrafon and Lighthouse Reef. Dive a wreck. Set sail or reel in barracuda, red snapper or maybe a marlin or sailfish. Home of a world renowned marlin contest.  
 
Visit Isla Contoy, wildlife preserve and bird sanctuary. Tool around the island on golf carts. Shop for islander made souvenirs, paintings, etc. Grocery store, shopping, dancing, exploring, learning. Isla is healthy and thriving. It's vibrant people welcome you to rest and heal. A great place to recharge your spirit.

Usually unnecessary. Please conserve. Electricity is VERY Expensive here. 3 units cool entire condo in 5 minutes. No need to run it while away. Rates Subject to change without notice. Concierge service included, Donna and Ziggy will meet you at the ferry and gladly answer any questions or needs. We are NOT in the rental pool. This means we have professional, private property management to see to your needs. Donna and Ziggy. You will be provided with a cell phone to call them for anything. You will not be able to use the services of the onsite rental office or borrow videos. Your reality will be personal service in a more well maintained condo. This is a 3rd floor walk up, 2 units from the staircase, wide flat steps with large landings.
