Nah Ha is our personal residence that we share with the discriminating vacationer on the island of Cozumel.  
 
Nah Ha is Mayan for "House on the Water". We are so close to the ocean, a more appropriate description might be "House in the Water." In almost no time, Nah Ha 602 has become one of Cozumel's most prestigious oceanfront residential addresses. This eight story building is home to sixteen luxurious tower residences. Designed by award-winning architect Jorge Carlos Zoreda, superior finishes, a well thought-out floor plan and spectacular views in all directions are only a few of the differentiators of this oceanfront home. Located on the quiet streets and calm waters of the Northwest shore of Cozumel, Nah Ha is about a mile from the town of San Miguel and the Cozumel airport. 
 
This sixth floor, 3 master bedroom, 3.5 bath condo was completed in July of 2006 and measures almost 2550 square feet. It is one of the largest condo residences ever built in Cozumel. Architect and artist owned, no expense has been spared in decorating this private residence. Almost every possible accommodation has been thought of. 
 
Nah Ha Unit 602 offers you luxurious accommodations with incredible oceanfront views. Spend time at the beautiful infinity pool, relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi, take advantage of the world class snorkeling at your doorstep or simply do nothing and watch the world go by on the expansive balcony. When you are feeling energetic, Nah Ha is only minutes away from fantastic dining, museums, shopping, golf and diving.  
 
Given the quality of finishes and custom décor, we have a few restrictions to ensure your comfort.

This is a non-smoking unit.  
 
Sorry-No “primary renters” under age 30 or children under 12 years old. 
 
Sorry-No “Spring Breakers” or high school/college student groups even if chaperoned by an adult. No exceptions and this is strictly enforced.  
 
A minimum stay may be required during high season or holiday weeks.  
 
Maximum occupancy is seven people. 
 
We offer discounts for last minute reservations (within 2 weeks) and “orphan nights” which are typically a block of 3-5 nights between existing reservations. Contact us for details.  
 
If our calendar is booked for your stay, contact us for other Nah Ha units that are not actively marketed that may be available.

No trip to Cozumel would be complete without driving around the island and visiting the numerous beaches and beach bars. We provide you with coolers & cozies to make your trip enjoyable. All you need to bring is a beach towel. 
 
Dive Trips and Snorkeling: 
 
Cozumel is one of the world’s Top 10 dive destinations. Off of the pool's edge, you will see stingrays, lobsters, eels, colorful fish, schools of dolphin and sailfish. 
 
Concierge Services: 
 
Our bilingual property managers will be happy to coordinate any activity for you such as deep sea fishing, bone fishing, exploring the ruins, glass bottom boats, submersibles, snorkeling tours, para sailing, cooking schools, visiting the museum, and art galleries to name a few. Day tours on the mainland include natural water parks, numerous large Mayan ruin & cenote diving.

Enjoy a piece of paradise for about what you would pay for a mid-priced hotel room with half the amenities and 1/5th the size. We require a 50% deposit (plus tax) to reserve the space. Your balance is due 45 days prior to the start of your reservation. Summer Rates: $225/night for 2 persons Winter/Spring Rates: $250/night for 2 persons Each additional person is $25/night up to a maximum of seven occupants. Thanksgiving: $350/night for 7 people Christmas/New Years Week: $449/night for 7 people Tax is an additional 12% of the total. We accept personal checks, cashier checks, and all major credit cards.
