Casa Alegria at Hacienda MonteCristo is located in the beautiful and private residential area known as the Country Club Estates on the north side of the island about 4 kilometers or 2 1/2 miles from downtown San Miguel. You couldn't ask for a better location as it is nestled between a sandy, quiet beach and the Nicklaus-designed PGA Golf Course, literally walking distance. A five minute drive to town, yet far away to feel like you are on your own island. 
Hacienda MonteCristo is unique in the sense that it does not resemble in any way the many cookie-cutter high-rise condos the island offers. It has incredible charm and character with a wonderful mediterranian aesthetic and feel, yet it has all of the luxuries of today's modern standards. The unit has two levels making it very spacious and airy. Both bedrooms have private baths and balconies with amazing ocean views. The master bedroom also has a private back terrace complete with a shady palapa and hammock overlooking the jungle and golf course. It has a fully equipped, spacious kitchen, full dining room, and two living/sitting areas. 
There is a freshwater pool for your use as well as a rooftop barbeque with phenomenal 360 degree views. 
We provide WiFi and cell phone for local calls. We have a great DVD library and I-pod compatible stereos. 
Pack light because we also have a washer/dryer in the condominium for your use. 
All of our guests have had nothing but rave reviews and have come back.
