This condo has incredible views of the Bay, beach, and Caribbean Ocean.The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, and airy living area, and dining area. The bedroom has a king bed and a louvered window which can opened or closed for privacy. The newly renovated bathroom has a view. There is a private balcony, a shared balcony, and a roof top terrace for sunset and moon rises. There are ceiling fans and AC. Maid service is provided daily.

Akumal is about 60 miles south of the Cancun Airport and a short drive to Tulum. Akumal means "place of the turtle" in Mayan and our beach is a major nesting area on the Mayan Riveria. It is the scuba and snorkeling haven on the Mayan Riveria. The famous YalKu Lagoon is walking distance from the condo. XelHa, Xchret, Playa del Carmen, Cenotes and the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Coba are a short drive. It is the perfect spot to plan your adventures on the Mayan Riveria.

You are easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants, shops and mini-markets. The quaint town of Akumal Bay is a short walk and has more restaurants, shops, diving shops, an eco-center, gym, spa, markets, tennis courts, and a yoga studio. Travel services are availabe through our wonderful on site staff.

Akumal is the perfectly located for seeing all the Mayan Riveria has to offer.

Just relax in your beach chair under the palapas and enjoy the whoosh of the water which is perfect for swimming or snorkeling. Our beach is a major turtle nesting area and
depending on your season you may get to see them nesting or hatching.

The condo has off street parking. There is WiFi and an internet shop in town for those without a laptop. This condo has a terrific rootop terrace for sunsets and moonrises. Beach chairs and towels are proviced. There is a beachside BBQ. There is a room safe and night security guard. Our management is on site and has a knowledgable and friendly staff.
