Located on the Gulf of Mexico, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the second floor directly facing the ocean. The condo was renovated in 2007 with all new plumbing, electricity, a/c, ceiling fans, appliances, beds and bedding. The condo has a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The kitchen has all new cupboards and granite countertops. The new appliances include fridge, dishwasher, electric glass cook top, microwave oven and countertop convection oven. Both bathrooms have vanities with granite countertops and showers. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed and 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds. A clothes washer and dryer are also in the unit. There are 3 parking spaces available. Sky satellite T.V. is available on demand for a fee.
The condo is 12 km from Progreso and 5 km from Chicxulub. Progreso is where all the main conveniences are (grocery store, shopping, restaurants) The local bus(combi) is 3 blocks from the condo.
The property manager lives in Progreso and has the keys to the unit.
The condo is fully furnished and provided are all the cooking utensils.

This area is known for its windsurfing. Flamingo sanctuary is located 30 km away at Telchac. Local Mayan ruins of Dzibilchaltun are 30 mins. away. Chichen Itza and Uxmal are about 90 min. away. Merida is 40 min away and has an international airport. There are numerous golf courses between Merida and the condo. A new golf course is presently being built near Telchac. Progreso has 2 larger grocery stores (Bodega Aurora-mini Walmart) and is a cruise ship port.

Utilities(electricity and water) are extra and are negotiable.
