    PAYMENT POLICY: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 48 Hrs after reservation has been confirmed payable via Palpal. (Instructions will be sent to you). And the balance payable upon arrival to our local representative, who will greet you at the property. If you rent long term, after your check in, we will sign the long term contract (extra fee) at the Notary. Monthly payments must be in this office at least 5 days before the beginning of each additional month. ASK FOR OUR LONG TERM RENTAL RATES.
