This unit has a queen bedroom set in the main bedroom. A double bed and a tween bunk bed above it in the second bedroom. A futon sofa bed in the living room.

The living room wall facing the ocean is all glass giving you an open view of the ocean.

The condo is located in the famous hotel zone within walking distance to the hottest nightclubs, shops, bars and restaurants. The condo offer all the amenities of home with a fully functional kitchen, laundry room, cable T.V. and much more. The private beach offers barbe-q, umbrellas & beach chairs perfect for relaxing and taking in the sun. An adult & children’s pool sits over looking the Caribbean Ocean. A mini store catering to guest & owners only is also located on the property. Jet skies, banana boat, kayaking and parasailing are all available to guest on the private beach for small fee. The condos have around the clock 24 hour security staff located on the grounds. The condo complex is located in a very nice part of Cancun. The property is private and only guest and residence are allowed on the premises.

Jan. 4 to Feb. 27 $125 USD per day. Feb. 28 to April 4 $160 USD per day. April 5 to May 2 $125 USD per day. May 3 to August 23 $150 USD per day. August 24 to Dec. 18 $125 USD per day. Dec. 19 to Jan. 3,2009 $180 USD per day. Monthly rates…………… . $1,800 USD + electricity bill. Hold Reservations………..$200 USD, Must be paid in advance to hold reservations. Security Deposit………….$300 USD, Paid upon check-in and refunded upon check-out. The reservations payment of $200 USD is to reserve the dates that you request. The amount will be credited towards the balance. This payment may be made by personnel check, money order or by Paypal. The security deposit of $300 USD is paid upon check-in and is refunded upon check-out as long as the condo is not damaged. The balance for the condo rental must be paid upon check-in unless paid in advance.
