Fabulous Location. 1 block to Coco Bongo, 15 minutes to the airport. HUGE balcony, Rare double condo. 
5 spacious rooms in a 3 star resort. Approx 900 sq.ft., 2 kings and a queen with comfort tops, all in separate rooms. Cable TV. Complete remodel in 2006. New A/C 11/07.  
Listen to the surf crash below you. Leave the sliding glass doors open while you sleep, no bugs. Free entertainment watching the boogie boarders and surfers. Private and spacious feeling. People on the beach cannot see into the condo. It is a very secure and safe building. This is a rare double size condo in the center of the building directly across from the elevators.  
 
Walk 1 block to all the best shopping, restaurants and night clubs, 'Mexican Vegas'. Awesome, fast bus service (.60 cents) See La Isla (Ceasars' Forum style shopping and dining) ChichenItza or Tulum ruins, sport fishing, snorkel and scuba. Great water slides. Save at Walmart groceries, liquor and bakery in Downtown Cancun. Never wait for a lounge chair around the gorgeous pools.  
 
This resort is not for Spring Breakers out of control. NO smoking please in the condo. The on site convenience store has almost Walmart prices so you don't have to carry beer or ice very far...  
 
Maid service available for an extra fee($16-$20). Free internet use during business hours in the office. Free wi-fi in lobby of both buildings. 24/7

No fee for date changes if possible. $200 damage deposit. Include SASE if you want me to mail it back to you. Otherwise I shred it. Daily maid service $16-$20 each, payable to the Carisa y Palma. 2 cleanings recommended per week. -5% Discount "Best of Both Worlds" Cancun/Isla combo reservations -10% Special Pricing for all returning guests, any of 3 properties Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
